A true pioneer of Assam's running culture, he was among the first to bring structured running coaching to the state and founded Duronto Run Club - Assam's very first running club. A founding ambassador of the Guwahati Marathon, Bubul carries forward his life's mission: proving that endurance sport doesn't just build athletes, it transforms lives. Fittingly known as the Guru, he continues to inspire a generation to lace up and start running.

By day, Dr Santanu Dutta commands precision as a radiologist; on race day, he's one of India's most decorated endurance athletes. A five-time consecutive finisher of South Africa's brutal 90km Comrades Marathon, he has also conquered two World Majors - Berlin and Chicago - alongside 4 Ironman triathlons (including a full Ironman in Australia), 26+ ultramarathons, and 50+ half marathons across continents. A founding Guwahati Marathon ambassador, Dr Dutta proves that with discipline and grit, no finish line is too far.

Now in her second year as a Guwahati Marathon ambassador, Dr. Pranami continues to push limits and prove that greatness is built one relentless mile at a time.

From her first 10K at Sohra in 2016 to running at nearly 18,000 feet on the Ladakh Marathon trails, Sagarika Bhagawati has turned endurance into a way of life. She stormed the Hennur Bamboo Ultra 100K and placed 4th overall at the Anvayins Run for the Rhino 52K in Kaziranga, becoming one of the very few women from Assam to complete a 100K ultramarathon. In 2025, she took her stride international at the Bangkok Marathon. A founding Guwahati Marathon ambassador, Sagarika is living proof that the only limits are the ones we don't challenge.

After two decades in IT, he walked away from the corporate grind to chase something bigger: using endurance sport to fuel wildlife conservation, rural tourism, and community change across the Northeast. Shenaz Farmin's endurance journey began with one 10K at the Coal India Marathon, Guwahati, in December 2023 - and it changed her life. Since then, she's logged 2 ultramarathons (100K and 65K), 4 full marathons, and 20+ half marathons, claiming a Procam Slam title, 1st place at Guwahati Marathon 2025, and the Border Hell Race 100K in 15h37m. A founding Guwahati Marathon ambassador, she's now training for the 2026 Khardungla Challenge. Her sign-off says it all: if you've ever thought 'I can't' - lace up, show up, and run with her.
